UnitedHealthcare Oxford is completing the move from PNC Remittance Advantage to Optum’s Electronic Payments and Statements (EPS) solution on Oct. 1, 2017. If you are receivingdirect deposit and electronic remittance information through PNC Remittance Advantage, please enroll in EPS as soon as possible to avoid disruptions to your electronic claim payments. If you choose not to enroll in EPS, your UnitedHealthcare Oxford claim payments will revert to paper checks and remittance advices in the mail. For more information, visit here.
