PQRS – HQM Registry Important Dates

  • PQRS 2013 program with 2014 dates was turned on by request so clients could use the reports for benchmarking until the release of the 2014 program. The 2014 Program has been released and the 2013 program will be turned off January 15.
  • Please note Registry submissions will only be allowed for those clients using the PQRS 2014 program. HQM existing client program request deadline for PQRS 2014 is January 30.
  • HQM new client installations deadline for PQRS 2014 is January 30.
  • PQRS Registry Submission ends March 15.
