What’s New
Comprised of three core services—Data Orchestration as a Service (DoaaS), Insights as a Service (INaaS), and Data Syndication—NextGen Enterprise Data Warehouse equips practices to track and analyze key practice performance measures and results, including but not limited to:
- Reducing no-shows and minimizing appointment gaps with scheduling patterns and historical attendance analytics
- Efficiently managing daily operational and clinical requirements with cohort-specific reporting
- Maximizing productivity with actionable insights on clinical quality measures, workload and workflow patterns, and individual provider performance
- Improving revenue integrity by analyzing total A/R, credits, bad debt, and aged receivables trends
