It builds on NextGen Healthcare’s ground-breaking NextGen Behavioral Health Suite 4.5 and offers full primary care and behavioral health and a human services suite of templates for I/DD and foster care. NextGen Healthcare also provides our clients with the requisite behavioral health state reporting in many states across the country.
Key New Features of NextGen Behavioral Health Suite 4.6
NextGen Behavioral Health Suite 4.6 adds a new suite of templates in the human services field (foster care and therapeutic foster care) that offers providers a new workflow, including:
- Demographics Details of Foster Parents and Children – Enables foster care or adoption agencies to collect the demographic details of foster and adoptive families and children.
- Initial Screening of Foster or Adoptive Parents – Document the initial screening of prospective foster or adoptive parents.
- Home Interview of Foster or Adoptive Parents – Collect in-depth interview details of prospective foster parents and determine the foster placement preferences of foster parents.
- Bed Placement Dashboard of Foster Children – Easily view availability of foster families to assign children to, and track/manage the location of each foster child within the Foster Care and Adoption Services programs.
- Training and Group Note of Foster or Adoptive Parents – Document the various group sessions, events, and training of potential foster care and adoptive parents.
- Summary and Closure of Child Welfare Program – Document the closure or discharge of a participant from Foster Care and Adoption Services programs.
