Meaningful Use

  • HQM new client installation request and existing client program for Meaningful Use 2014 reporting must be submitted by January 30.
  • Clients opting to report Meaningful Use through the Aligned Reporting option via QRDA cat III format with PQRS must submit a support ticket with the subject HQM Install/Training/Program by February 15.
