The March 2020 Regulatory Patch is now available for NextGen® Enterprise.
NextGen Healthcare continuously strives to ensure our products meet the most rigorous healthcare IT standards and actively supports complying with changes made by the Office of the National Coordinator for Health IT (ONC) certification requirements.
Who should apply patch?
Clients participating in MIPS or Medicaid Promoting Interoperability or any other program requiring 2015 Edition Certified EHR Technology (CEHRT) on NextGen Enterprise version 5.9 and higher will need to take this patch. Clients on NextGen Enterprise versions lower than 5.9 will need to apply this patch in conjunction with their 5.9 upgrade.
How to get the March 2020 Regulatory Patch
The March 2020 Regulatory Patch is available today for the following NextGen Enterprise versions:
- 5.9.3/8.4.3
- 5.9.2/8.4.2
- 5.9.1/8.4.1
- 5.9.0/8.4.0
- 5.9.1 with Adaptive Content Engine standalone
- 5.9.0 with Adaptive Content Engine standalone
If you are planning to upgrade to NextGen Enterprise 5.9.4 (to be called NextGen Enterprise 5.9.2020.1 upon release), please be aware the March 2020 Regulatory Patch will now be included in this release.
