September 2014 Medication Update

The September 2014 Medication Update is currently available on the Client Support Center.

  • Go to the Downloads tab and select the Medication Updates link to access.
    • You can then create a new incident to request the Medication Update Password.
  • Go to the Self Service Home tab and select the Med Update PW Request button at left.
  • Click the Select Product link to choose DRUG INTERACTION DATABASE.
  • Click the Save/Update button on the upper-left side of the screen.
  • The password will automatically display in the Password and File Access Info section in the center of your screen.
