Here’s how to get started and gain access to the new ICD-9/ICD-10 Comparison Utility
Step 1: NextGen Healthcare Client Portal access:
- For security purposes, you must be a current NextGen Healthcare client and registered with the Client Portal (Client Support Center CSC) to access the ICD-9/ICD-10 Comparison Utility
- If you are not registered with the Client Portal, please proceed to the following site https://bridge.nextgen.com/register and select “I am a NextGen Healthcare Client”
- After completing the NextGen Healthcare Online Community Registration and creating a User ID and password, NextGen Healthcare will confirm access approval through a main contact of your organization
- Once NextGen Healthcare has received approval from the main contact at your organization, a Client Portal account will be activated, and notification will be sent to the user with approved access
- For Registration/Login Issues with the NextGen Client Portal, please call 1-855-657-4373 and select six from the menu for website support
Step 2: ICD-9/ICD-10 Comparison Utility access:
- Once your Client Portal access has been confirmed, log on here with your Client Portal credentials
- After login, a registration page with your information will be presented. Click Submit to access the registration for this portal
- NextGen Healthcare will approve the initial Administrator in the ICD Utility for each company. The Administrator in the ICD Utility for each organization will approve and manage future users for the ICD-9/ICD-10 Comparison Utility portal
- For Registration/Login issues with the ICD-9/ICD-10 Comparison Utility, please have a main contact create a Support ticket and select ticket subject ICD-9/ICD-10 Comparison Utility – Access
