Going forward, NextGen Healthcare will generate a letter upon request for clients enrolled on the NextGen Share®️ Carequality Service. This letter can be used as needed to show proof of enrollment on the Carequality network.

Who needs this letter?

Note: If you are unsure whether your practice reports PI-HIE_5 or otherwise needs this letter, you may wish to forward this e-mail to the person in your organization responsible for MIPS reporting and compliance.
