NextGen® Ophthalmic Suite 2022.2 went into General Release (GR) on October 27, 2022.
NextGen® Ophthalmic Suite 2022.2 offers new workflows developed specifically for ophthalmic practices. We now offer an Ophthalmic template that supports Quick Save and Quick Load functionalities which enable you to save the data points and load the saved data points when needed. If you’re an eye care provider or support an ophthalmic practice, you’ll get the benefits of templates developed specifically for you. Additionally. our A/I/P Details and Orders sub-template panels have been updated for easier readability and seamless workflow management.
Key features of NextGen Ophthalmic Suite 2022.2:
- Improved Orders panel allows for the ordering, completion & Interpretation of different Ophthalmology diagnostic tests without launching a separate window.
- Decrease documentation time by using the new Quick Save and Quick Load functionalities added to the External, Slit lamp and Posterior exams present on the Physical Exams panel of Provider – OPH template. Quick Save and Quick Load functionalities enable you to save the data points and to load the saved data points whenever it is required.
- The A/I/P Details panel has been updated to make it more user-friendly and to have better readability to review the diagnosis history, today’s & previous assessment, impression, and plan details. Decrease clicks by using the new multi-select option to add records from the Previous Impression/Plan grid to Today’s Impression/Plan Summary grid.
Note: NextGen Ophthalmic Suite 2022.2 can be installed on NextGen Enterprise 6.2021.1 and higher.
