New “How to Apply ICD-10 Hot Fix” Training Now Available – The ICD-10 readiness pathways we’ve provided to NextGen Healthcare clients include hot fix resources that were announced /released throughout the summer. New training is available to show how to apply these hot fixes to your NextGen® system.
Weekly NextGen Healthcare ICD-10 Forum Webinar Series – extended through October 28, 2015. Join us every Wednesday at 3:00 p.m. ET. On Sept 23, we covered several final key steps to ensure both your Practice Management and KBM systems are ICD-10 ready. On Sept 30, we reviewed critical “night before” steps and things to expect during your first few live days on ICD-10.
Friendly Friday ICD-10 – This complimentary two-hour Q&A session is for clients with questions about configuration and workflow for ICD-10. All questions reviewed during this session are related to tickets opened by our clients and directed to the “Friendly Friday queue.” [If you have a question you would like addressed during this Q&A, please open a Support Ticket and select the Subject: “Friendly Friday.”] We’ve extended these “Friendly Friday” ICD-10 sessions through October 30. There are five “Friendly Friday ICD-10” sessions left: Oct 2, 9, 16, 23, and 30.

If you don’t have access to the NextGen Learning Center you can submit a Client Support Center ticket to request a price quote to purchase NextGen Learning Center (“eLearning”) licenses.
ICD-10 workflow videos – Access practical knowledge on workflows as they relate to ICD-10 and our EHR/PM and KBM platforms. And we’ve just added a new video in this section: “NextGen Healthcare Just in Time ICD-10 Training for Providers.” In these short, 30-minute, sessions you’ll learn about the ICD-10 related workflow changes you’ll experience as you document the patient encounter.
