What’s New in Success Community?

So what’s changed? We’ve taken our cue from Ideas, user group meetings, and client feedback to refresh the NextGen Healthcare Success Community (Success Community) to make it better for you. A few of the most recent changes include:

  • Ideas ID Numbers for simplified sharing
  • More precise global searching with filters for known issues, training, and cases
  • Listing your dedicated NextGen Healthcare account team (Account Management, Accounting, and Sales) on your home page
  • Clearer instructions with a new login and password reset screen

Next month, you’ll see changes in your Success Community that will give you an even more immersive client experience.

Expanding the Success Community
On September 19, the Success Community gets a little bigger as our QSIDental clients join the community. Hundreds of new clients will join in on Chatter conversations, share best practices, and submit solution ideas for NextGen Healthcare technologists.

Simplified Case Submissions Page
We’re making it easier than ever to submit your case on the Success Community. When you click on the Cases tab, you will be greeted by our new Case category page. Select the product of interest—ambulatory, dental, or other (including billing!)

As you begin to type the subject of your case, the Success Community will search, in real time, for knowledge articles, known issues, and even other users’ questions to help you find your answer before you open your case. We want to ensure you find the answer that pertains to the category that you choose as quickly and as efficiently as possible!

Billing Inquiries on the Success Community
From the beginning, our goal has been to make the Success Community your one resource for everything NextGen Healthcare. We’re getting closer to that goal by adding billing inquiries to the Success Community. Submit a case with our Account Services team and see your accounting queries addressed directly on the Success Community. One more reason to log in!
