Plans are underway to relocate all WellCare servers used to monitor the NextGen Healthcare client environment. As a result of this relocation, all IP addresses for WellCare servers will change. Clients must manually change the IP address in the Silver Streak user interface in order to continue receiving WellCare notifications. If this IP address is not changed, the connection between the client and NextGen Healthcare will be interrupted and all monitoring will stop until the change is completed.
ACTION REQUIRED
The relocation process will be completed in phases beginning in October. Additional information and steps required to take action will be sent to impacted clients as soon as the dates for the server relocations are finalized.
