Pre-Requisites:

- On NEXTGEN® EPM Version 5.6.x or higher
- On KBM Version 7.8 or higher, if using EHR for clinical data
- Knowledge of how the NEXTGEN® Application is used in the day-to-day workflow
- Knowledge of the BPHC requirements for reporting UDS data
