Release 1 for the Data Retention and Archive Utility is now available!
The Data Retention and Archive Utility is designed to assist clients with managing data capacity on the NextGen system:
- Available storage space increases once the existing data is archived
- Response time for database backup and maintenance improves due to lower space utilization
- Response time for data retrieval improves due to increased data capacity
- Reduces the risk of eDiscovery of data that is no longer legally required to be retained
