We’ve launched the Success Community – Ambulatory experience! The time has finally come. We’ve heard your requests for a catered experience, so we are very excited to unveil this community to you.
5 Things You Should Do Now On the Success Community
Okay so let’s not waste any time checking out the new experience. Here’s the five first things that you should do on the Success Community!
- Revel in the new known issues tab. You asked for better KI search so we redesigned the whole tab. Combine searching and filters to drill down to the KIs that impact you.
- View the streamlined case creation page. Instead of multiple category tabs to click through, click create new case and see just the categories that apply to you.
- Check out the training simulations and best practice guides. The community has plenty to offer so view our quick videos and guides – short enough for a coffee break.
- Tell us what you think. We’d love to hear from you regarding the new experience. Let us know your opinion in the Ask the Community Manager Chatter group.
- Test out the toggle feature. Try switching to the Dental or Mirth experience to see what else is available on the Success Community.
