The NextGen Healthcare WellCare Program will end March 31, 2017 at 11:59 pm, EDT. All monitoring and reporting will cease at this time. A new monitoring service will be made immediately available but will require client action to activate. The new, high performance, real-time monitoring will enable virtually limitless data from your network!
More Robust Monitoring Options Coming April 1
A new monitoring program will be immediately available on April 1, 2017. Current WellCare Program clients, upon completing the required transition requirements, will have access to reporting features similar to what exists today.

Next Steps
If you are a current WellCare client, the cross-over to the new monitoring service will begin April 1, 2017. Documentation and installers to complete the process will be made available at this time. Clients may perform the installation and supported systems versions are the same as what is supported by NextGen Healthcare EHR 5.8. Monitoring will not begin until this installation process is completed.
