HQM Data Delay Day Change

Correction: It was decided to edit the Delay days from three days down to one day as of January 5 for all NextGen HQM clients. This setting will remain set to one day instead of the previous mentioned three-day delay.

Any existing NextGen HQM client with a delay day of three or greater has automatically been reduced to one day as of January 5. If you would like to maintain a delay day higher than three days, please contact your NextGen HQM Implementation Analyst now. If you are not sure who your analyst is, please email cjeffords@nextgen.com
