HQM Data Delay Day Change

Correction: It was decided to edit the Delay days from 3 days down to 1 day as of January 5 for all HQM clients. This setting will remain set to 1 day instead of the previous mentioned 3-day delay.

Any existing HQM client that had a delay day of 3 or greater has automatically been reduced to 1 days as of January 5th. If you would like to maintain a delay day higher than 3 days, please contact your HQM Implementation Analyst know. If you are not sure who your analyst is, please email cjeffords@nextgen.com
