HQM Data Delay Day Change

Starting January 5th any newly installed HQM client will have their delay days set to 3 days instead of the previous 14-day delay.

Any existing HQM client that had a delay day greater than 3 days will automatically be reduced to 3 days. If you would like to maintain a delay day higher than 3 days, please contact your HQM Implementation Analyst know. If you are not sure who your analyst is, please email cjeffords@nextgen.com

Clients with delay days lower than 3 days will not be effected.
