The final version of the 2014 UDS Reporting Tool, 3.8.2, is now in general release on the NextGen Healthcare UDS website. All clients are encouraged to upgrade to this final version to take advantage of the latest fixes and enhancements. Clients who are on version 3.7.14 or earlier must upgrade to 3.8.2 in order to meet 2014 requirements. Clients who are on version 3.7.20 or higher, and who have already completed testing and validation and are ready to submit preliminary reports, may decide to stay on their current version. Please take note:
- Mapping: After upgrading to 3.8.2, you will need to remove office visit codes from the Depression Screening mapping codes.
- Issues and Technical Support: Clients are asked to continue the current established process of logging support calls for issues they may find after installing 3.8.2. Because 3.8.2 is the final release, we do not expect to release another version unless we find an issue that may affect all CHC clients. Please, if you find any issues, open a support ticket so that we can work with you directly to resolve your issue in a timely manner.
