Select the ICD-10 final preparation services you need
It’s happening. The switch to ICD-10 is happening October 1. And we’ve stepped up our own ICD-10 preparation to create our most comprehensive ICD-10 resource ever. Our new ICD-10 Services Catalog!
It’s a comprehensive document containing both complimentary and billable services offered by NextGen Healthcare to help you prepare your practice, your facility, and your system to successfully transition to ICD-10. Here’s our suggestion on how best to leverage this new resource
Three steps and you’re in!
It’s a simple process. First, review the services available in the catalog. Become familiar with them because doing so will help you with the second step: Fill out this simple, 10-minute ICD-10 Services Questionnaire to help us understand your needs. Select a combination of services you feel best suit your specific practice situation and the ICD-10 readiness objectives you need to achieve in your practice prior to October 1, 2015.
The third step happens within 48 hours of completing the Questionnaire. A NextGen Healthcare® representative will contact you to review the services you requested – and the subsequent package of services we recommend (based on the services you requested).
That’s how it works. After listening to your NextGen Healthcare representative you make the next move. There’s no obligation. You decide on the actual services – both complimentary and billable – included in your custom ICD-10 preparation plan that you’d like to move forward with.
Know your practice strengths and weaknesses
At this late stage of ICD-10 preparation, our three-step process is the best and fastest way to create a custom ICD-10 service list – for your specific needs – which you can use/react to however you wish. It’s likely that many clients’ customized ICD-10 service list will be a mix of complimentary and billable services. Again, it will depend on a variety of client-specific readiness and system factors such as your ICD-10 preparedness status and the knowledge and resources you have “in-house” to achieve your required ICD-10 transition objectives by October 1, 2015 – less than three months away!
