The NextGen Healthcare Success Community is your growing online community for NextGen® solutions, support, and sharing best practices. We’re continually evolving the community to make it your complete source for information about NextGen Healthcare. In addition to welcoming our QSIDental® clients to the community, changes were made that will give everyone an even more immersive client experience.

 Simplified case creation

We’ve made it easier than ever to submit your case on the Success Community. When you click on the Cases tab, you will be greeted by our new Case category page. Select the product category of interest—ambulatory, dental, or other (including billing for your invoicing inquiries) and then select your product. For example, hover over Ambulatory to select Practice Management (PM).

*Important Note – As a current Success Community user, you may need to clear your cache in order to experience the new case creation as shown above. Read how to clear your cache in Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Apple Safari or Microsoft Internet Explorer.

As you begin to type the subject of your case, the Success Community will search, in real time, for knowledge articles, known issues, and even other users’ questions to help you find your answer before you open your case. We want to ensure you find your answer as quickly and as efficiently as possible!

Billing inquiries on the Success Community

From the beginning, our goal has been to make the Success Community your one resource for everything NextGen Healthcare. We’re closing in on that goal by adding billing inquiries to the Success Community.

On the case creation page, select General and then Billing Inquiry. Submit a case with our Account Services team and see your accounting queries addressed directly on the Success Community. One more reason to log in!

New contact roles for Success Community users

We welcome all of the members of your organization. We offer different access permissions for different roles at your organization. Assign a contact role to the users from your organization so that we can share the right information with the right people.

Choose from:

  • Accounting Receiver – This person would handle any billing queries and questions.
  • Clinician Receiver – These are the medical professionals at your organization.
  • IT Receiver – These are the technical professionals at your organization.
  • License Key Receiver – These are the people who would receive keys for any new licenses for NextGen Healthcare products.
  • NextGen® Product Admin (Front Office) Receiver – These are your non-clinical staff, such as front office.

Bonus: This also is a great opportunity to take a quick audit of what users you have setup for the Success Community. Are there any new people who should be added, any contacts who should be removed? With so many great webinars, events, and releases coming up, it’s a great time to ensure your organization is enabled with Success Community access.
