As of June 30, 2016, Windows XP users will no longer be able to join Cisco WebEx meetings. Microsoft announced the end of support for Windows XP in April, 2014. Cisco ended support for Windows XP in January 2015. Because NextGen Healthcare’s Client Support teams make extensive use of WebEx for troubleshooting, it is important that any Windows XP machines involved in the support process be either: Upgraded to a supported version of Windows or have alternate arrangements made, e.g., RDP Access, to perform troubleshooting.
