On April 3, 2016, NextGen Healthcare will release an update to the NextGen® Patient Portal website. Version 2.2.4 of the website will include resolution to prioritized fixes as well as the enhancement listed below. Please refer to the Release Notes at Success Community for details on the fixes.
- On the patient’s dashboard page in the Results section, patients may see a new sub-section called Results: Not Available within “My Chart”. This new sub-section provides the ability for the system to display lab results that had not processed aggregation successfully to be viewed within the My Chart page. These particular lab results will be viewed within the Download page within the given PHR document received. Please refer to the updated Patient User Guide v2.2.4 published on the Knowledge Exchange for more details.
