NextGen Healthcare has identified 21 tests where the Confidential Indicator is set to “Y” rather than “N.” On December 1, 2015 NextGen Healthcare will update the Orders Management Console to change these to “N” so that there will be consistency in the compendium. Clients who wish to maintain the status of “Y” will need to make sure they watch for these tests when updating the Orders Management Console and will want to select “Keep Mine” when resolving conflicts. Clients also may select “Manual” and update the confidential status when performing the Orders Management Console download. Detailed instructions are located here.
