This change will require that the external IP addresses of the web applications be changed.
If your organization has firewall rules or HOST file entries that define how your NextGen Healthcare Communication Services server communicates with NextGen Healthcare, you will need to update the following additional IP addresses to your firewall rules/HOST files, effective immediately.
It is recommended that the firewall rules reference the NextGen Healthcare services by the DNS name rather than the IP address. If your firewall does not support DNS name-based rules, please use the following IP addresses.
