NextGen Healthcare Clients Share ICD-10 Transition Successes

Throughout the day on October 1, and since transition day, we’ve been excited to hear about your positive ICD-10 experiences. We thought you’d like to hear what a couple of your peers had to say about their ICD-10 transition experience!

Hunterdon Healthcare:  “Today was a very good day. Although we experienced a few hiccups over the past few months, all of the pain was necessary so that today could be a success. Thank you to NextGen for all of the preparations you made, and how organized you were in letting us know the steps we needed to take.” – Amy

“Thank you for everything [NextGen] did to get us ready for today! The transition was very smooth – and it was all because of you! You’re all amazing! Thank you!” – Michele

“I received an e-mail from one of our practices (which applies to the NextGen team, as well) saying, ‘I would like to commend all of you for your hard work with making the ICD-10 conversion really seamless in the NextGen environment.  I feel that our office was well prepared internally, but having the crosswalks in place made the transition almost seamless for our doctors today.  We anticipated many more questions/problems from our clinical staff, but we had very few.’ ” – Amy

Crystal Run Healthcare:  “Things actually went very well today. We had a war room set up with a live ongoing conference line open, specialist email groups, etc. Things were pretty quiet! So far, so good.” –Gregory Spencer

Enterprise Medical Management, Ltd.:  “ICD-10 today was completely a non-event for our clients. Very, very smooth day. All of our doctors using EHR are happy and commenting on how easy this change has been. Great job, NextGen!” – Jim Mitchell, Managing Partner

Maury Regional: “The transition toolkit provided amazing help – kudos to NextGen for developing it.” –Pam Mandig

We are excited that clients are experiencing success during their ICD-10 transition.    Just a reminder that extended ICD-10 support is available through November 8.  Read more.
