Coming this fall, the NextGen® Practice Management (NextGen PM) UD3 update, will have integration with the NextGen Clearinghouse Portal. With this update, users will be able to access the clearinghouse portal using a single sign-on. This single sign-on allows users to access the clearinghouse portal directly from NextGen PM. No reason to exit or minimize PM and open a separate window to access the Clearinghouse!
Some highlights of this integration include:
- One username/password for NextGen PM and Clearinghouse Portal.
- New Clearinghouse icon on the toolbar in PM.
- Link from an encounter in PM to claim in Clearinghouse Portal.
This single sign-on feature is only available to NextGen PM clients who obtain Clearinghouse services through NextGen Clearinghouse.
