What is the Success Community?
The NextGen Healthcare Success Community is a cloud-based, single client portal for service, support, knowledge, training, and known issue management. Here are just some of the services that will be available to NextGen Healthcare clients through the Success Community:
- One integrated platform for an enhanced client experience: Improved ease of use with a single sign-on/source
- Submit, manage, and close your own support cases: Faster incident resolution and focused interactions with your NextGen Healthcare account team
- Manage your own contact information: Ensure we have your current contact info to keep the lines of communication open
- Submit and vote on product enhancement requests: Let your voice be heard in driving product improvements
- Interact with other clients in the Success Community: Interact with your peers to discuss best practices and for help on shared issues
- Global search for anything, from anywhere, at any time, from any device: Improve your productivity and response times. Access the Success Community from your PC, tablet, or cell phone.
