Known Issues are now searchable on the Knowledge Exchange!

Based on client feedback, product known issues are now searchable in the NextGen Healthcare Knowledge Exchange.

Follow these steps to easily find this information in the Knowledge Exchange:

  1. Log on to the NextGen Healthcare Knowledge Exchange.  Refer to the table below if you need log-on assistance.**
  2. Click here to learn how to navigate the Known Issues interface.  (MP4 video, 3:10)
**If you have… Then…
Logged on before Click “Forgot Username” or “Forgot Password” to retrieve your information.
Not registered for access Click “Register” and follow the instructions to register. If you are not a primary contact at your practice,  NextGen Healthcare will reach out to your practice’s primary contact for approval and then your account will be created.
