| Logged on before | Click “Forgot Username” or “Forgot Password” to retrieve your information. |
| Not registered for access | Click “Register” and follow the instructions to register. If you are not a primary contact at your practice, NextGen Healthcare will reach out to your practice’s primary contact for approval and then your account will be created. |
