It’s here! Your new online community

The new NextGen Healthcare Success Community is live! It replaces the Client Support Center (CSC) and Knowledge Exchange (KE). We are excited to offer you faster incident resolution, more-focused interactions with your NextGen Healthcare team, better peer-to-peer interactions, easier accessibility to critical information for improved productivity – and much, much more.

How to log in to the Success Community for the first time

You should have already received an email containing your new Success Community username and a hyperlink to set up your Success Community password.  This email is sent from Support-No-Reply@nextgen.com.  Please be sure to “Whitelist” this email address to avoid delivery to your spam folder. If you have not received this, please notify us at SuccessCommunity@nextgen.com.

“Go Live” Hotline Launch Support

The Implementation and Training Department will host an Open Hotline on the following dates:

  • Monday, February 29 through Friday, March 4 from 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. ET
  • Monday, March 7 from 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. ET
