Clients who are live on 5.8 UD1 (version 5.8.1.28) must have hotfix 82 or higher installed prior to applying the latest medication update (Medication Updates_04_2015). Failure to have hotfix 82 or higher in place prior to installing the latest medication update (and all subsequent medication updates) will result in a performance issue when using the KBM templates. See Problem 55340 in the Known Issue List in the Knowledge Exchange for more information. If you have not kept current with hotfixes, it is strongly recommended that you test and apply the latest available hotfix(es) as soon as possible.
