Important update for all HQM Users!
Effective now through the remainder of the PQRS and MU reporting season (March 31, 2016), the data extraction delay will be reduced from seven days to three days. Effective April 1, 2016, the delay will be reset to seven days. If you require a different data extraction time frame, please log an HQM support ticket with your request or follow the steps below.
