The Company made the decision to sell the Hospital Solutions Division to concentrate focus on our core ambulatory client base. One of the company’s highest priorities is to consistently deliver an excellent ambulatory customer experience to you that generates tangible value from your partnership with us.
Rusty added that a concentrated focus on the Company’s core ambulatory client base will enable continued and long-term investment and development of the flagship NextGen® Ambulatory platform coupled with the expansion new ambulatory product functionality and service offerings.
