Updated NextGen Certified Professional (NCP) exams for Practice Management (PM), Electronic Health Records (EHR), and Document Management (DM, previously ICS) will be released July 1, 2015. Classroom training and eLearning courses have already been updated and are currently available for enrollment.

These webinars are presented in an interactive format with opportunities for attendees to participate in multiple review activities throughout the session. In addition to updating the exam content, the program structure and titles will be changing slightly. The configuration portion of the exam will now be offered separately by product rather than as one combined System Configuration Training (SCT) exam. The new exam titles are shown below:

All clients who wish to certify on the current version of the exams should complete them by June 30, 2015. Anyone who has not completed the exams required for certification by that date will need to complete the updated exams in order to earn their certification.
