On January 15 we introduced a new fourth experience called the Optimization Solutions experience. Toggle to this new experience for everything Entrada, EagleDream Health, and Mirth-related. To optimize your practice for enhanced physician satisfaction, a better patient experience, and improved financial outcomes, stay tuned for more solutions within that experience.

ExpressEngine Support

On January 15 all ExpressEngine-related support cases will be opened in the Optimization Experience. Reach out to your Entrada Account Manager to learn more.

Entrada New Provider Request

We’ve streamlined the process for new provider requests. Starting January 15, all new provider requests will be submitted through a case on the Success Community. Toggle to the Optimization Experience, open a new case, and select Entrada – New Provider Request.

Important Reminder:

The addresses support@entradahealth.com and  support@eagledreamhealth.com  are no longer supported.  All support cases must be opened through the Success Community or by phone at 855-657-4373.
