  • Partners with clients and industry experts to gather strategic and tactical input on:
    • Market trends at the industry, specialty, or product levels
    • Solutions road map direction and feature prioritization
    • Solutions development and design

How can clients take part in the Be Part of Better Program?

There are four client engagement group types which are briefly described in the table below. For a full description of how each client engagement group type works and who can participate, review the program overview.

Type Description Objective
Roundtable Diverse market focus: Provides input by diverse or multidisciplinary persona types to further delineate, define and focus solution direction and ideas (product enhancement requests).
  • Provide input and definition of strategy provided by Advisory Board.
  • Collect and validate additional ideas that can then be further defined by a focus group.
  • Provide source for getting participants for other groups.
Focus Group Specified user persona: Provides input to specific, predefined discussion topic to enhance, change or create a solution or service from a small, targeted client group.
  • Verify market data or provide solution design input.
  • Determine solution and/or service ability to solve defined problem.
Work Group Solution design: Provides advice and feedback on both the priority and design of solution enhancements; prototypes are approved by clients in advance of development.
  • Direct and ongoing client involvement to ensure solution development accurately meets business requirements and ultimately improve content and workflow of NextGen solutions.
Advisory Group Solution strategy: Provides advice on strategic direction, industry trends, discussions on business challenges and priorities.
  • Collect market data.
  • Validate solution direction aligns with market needs.
