Soon, an entirely new monitoring program will be launched, with exciting new monitoring options. This change will have significant and direct impact on the current WellCare Program. Current WellCare Program ends March 31
The NextGen Healthcare WellCare Program will be decommissioned on March 31, 2017, at 11:59 p.m., EDT.
All monitoring and reporting will cease at that time. A new monitoring service will be made immediately available but will require client action to activate.
More Robust Monitoring Options Coming April 1
A new monitoring program (stay tuned for the big Launch announcement!) arrives on April 1, 2017. Current WellCare Program clients, upon completing the required transition requirements, will have access to reporting features similar to what exists today.
New, high performance real-time monitoring will enable virtually limitless data from your network! Monitor thousands of servers, virtual machines and workstations simultaneously, depending upon the package option selected. Exciting details to follow in the upcoming weeks.
Next Steps
Plans are being finalized to ensure a smooth transition process for clients to the new monitoring service. Over the next few weeks, we will provide our current WellCare clients with additional information and required actions to complete this cross-over. We urge you to review all communications and complete the required steps to avoid an interruption in monitoring services.
